Customer Relationship Management Consultant

An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant, with previous exposure to the Automotive Industry, to join a dynamic, innovative workplace, that brings out the best in its people. i-Motor is a leading partner to Automotive Manufacturers and Dealer Groups across Australia, delivering cutting edge Digital Solutions via multiple mediums with a focus on connecting drivers with automotive dealerships. You'll be an experienced professional, results driven, eager by nature to problem solve and exceed customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have similar industry or job related experience in ICT content management / customer support. Plus a proven track record of exceptional customer service and in improving business relationships. This is a challenging role that will deliver great rewards to the right applicant.

So here's what the role involves: work with dealership accounts to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify First point of contact for all technical & support issues via email or phone. Providing advice and recommendations, from diagnosis through to resolution via our ticketing system. Managing online content through our custom-built CMS (Content Management System).

Delivering outstanding service and communication to prospective and existing clients, plus manufactures and third-party providers. Managing and developing business relationships with established dealership accounts. Identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base and working with Sales staff.

Establishing and maintaining brand content including brand guidelines, special offers and vehicle data to ensure correct manufacture and dealership representation. What you will bring to the role: Hold relevant qualification in Information technology Intermediate HTML5 & CSS3 skills. Advanced Photoshop The ability to understand technical issues and translate them to a non-technical audience.

Someone who is resourceful and thrives on solving problems, and solving them quickly. Someone with a clear track record of meeting KPIs and call centre experience. Domain Management SSL Certificate integration and activation Marketing experience in AdWords and Newsletter creation (EDM) Facebook Marketplace and AIA advert creation a must.

The ability to multitask, priorities your workload and adapt quickly to change. Reliable and dependable person with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
