The Role We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for chefs of all levels to join our teams in either our original flagship venue in Little Koi Hamilton. The chef team is central to the daily running of the kitchen. Working in service and completing all kitchen duties, our chef team is expected to deliver and maintain a high standard and consistent quality across an exciting menu.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen, in particular with high-end breakfast and lunch menus. You’ll be perfect for this role if you have: Minimum Qualifications required: Diploma, Certificate IV as well as a minimum of 3 years in a similar role A sound understanding of all kitchen operations A passion for innovative cooking techniques A modern approach to kitchen and food management Creativity in food plating A positive and professional demeanour.
