We've been delivering digital marketing solutions for well over ten years and have incredible strategy and production teams ready to support you. If you are successful with this application you will play a pivotal role within our Design & Development Department, joining a highly talented front and back-end development team.
You will also need the perfect balance of Multimedia skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and production teams. You will need to possess the ability to easily switch between technical talk and business acumen. You will need to eat, sleep and breathe all things Digital and have the passion and determination to deliver exceptional results working on big brand projects.

Experience, Skills and Attributes Minimum 2 years experience in a Multimedia Specialist role or similar Experience with design of learning management systems Experience with utilising multimedia learning and communication Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training sessions Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to use multimedia design tools Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment The Role Design and manage digital products based on trends in digital and customer engagement Analysing, designing and developing experiences for use on the internet sites Design and manage digital products relating to e-commerce Visually mapping out a user's journey with highlights of key pain points, unmet needs, and unique opportunities regarding web-related issues, design and develop integrated experiences; Going into the field to observe and talk with consumers, experts, and unusual inspiration subjects; Develop the strategic product roadmaps based on technical understanding, new innovations, market and customer requirements, and strategic alignment to the business Review and report on product performance indicators.
