Internal Sales/Customer Service

Access Equipment Hire Australia is a specialist division of Access Group Australia. We have the nation's largest privately-owned fleet of access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing, and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining sectors.

We are rapidly expanding and seeking candidates who are customer service focused to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and dynamic team who will provide mentoring and support for you to excel and succeed in this role. Cold and warm lead outbound telemarketing. Requesting client referrals. Meet and exceed agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Maintaining a strong safety focus. Quotations - to be completed accurately, & in a timely manner Source & liaise with current and new suppliers What we are looking for: A hands on professional, with high energy and an all-round positive can do attitude Driven to build a professional operations or sales career Has superb relationship building skills with natural rapport and an ability to relate to a wide variety of people at any level Good to very good verbal and written communication A realistic expectation for advancement.

This is an interesting industry, & should keep a person engaged Strong attention to detail, data entry skills and ability to maintain accurate and detailed records; Ability to problem solve Your Recruitment Journey: Candidates will be asked to complete a Medical including D&A Testing.
