We are currently recruiting for a Trainee that will work at the Retail Branch in Queanbeyan. About the role Role Location: Queanbeyan, NSW Role Type: Full Time (12-month traineeship) Shift Schedule: 38 hours per week ANZ, in partnership with Maxima, are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in a career in banking and customer service. As a Banking Consultant, your duties will include: Provide end-to-end banking needs Deliver high end customer service and a seamless branch experience Educate customers on digital solutions Accomplish transaction activities Work collaboratively within a team to accomplish business targets Attend to additional general enquiries About You: Role models a strong customer focus Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity Proactive, shows initiative Active user and promoter of technology As a Trainee you will: Receive an income while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry (National Traineeship Award wages apply) Study towards a Certificate III in Financial Services Be supported by a dedicated team and mentors Have the opportunity to develop excellent customer service and sales skills Be trained by experienced branch staff to learn more about ANZ's retail banking products and services About your host employer: Since 2003, ANZ have recruited more than 1,000 Indigenous trainees into branches across Australia.
