The home is designed to ensure comfort and security in a home-like environment offering all levels of permanent and respite care. We are currently recruiting for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team on a permanent part-time basis who have demonstrated knowledge & skills providing high quality care to the elderly. We require committed candidates who can work across AM, PM and Night shifts.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the aged care industry. About You To be successful you must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or IV in Aged care Experience in Aged Care is desirable Ability to think on your feet, form positive relationships, be adaptable. Strong communication skills Caring attitude and ability to build strong rapport with residents Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Professional presentation Sound computer skills Please note: Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check Apply only if you are aligned to the Allity values of Respect, Accountability, Team work, Integrity, Passion & Innovation and can demonstrate how you incorporate these values into your day to day work.
