About the Role: The API Developer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications and components relating to our Integration Division and our API product suite.

This critical position contributes to the smooth operation of our service offerings and effective delivery of our projects, ultimately, using appropriate technical solutions, coding standards, and company methodologies. You Will be Responsible for: Software development and API development Design new system features and enhancements to improve product usability and productivity Ensure all system development is within design and architecture guidelines Driving full stack performance optimization Testing, deployment and release management of system updates Diagnosing issues in the development life cycle Schedule estimates for technical design and development Define the end-to-end technical solution Demonstrate best practices in secure software development Effectively work with senior software developers in a team environment. What You'll Need to Succeed: A degree and/or tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or an aligning field Desirable technology skills: .

NET, C#, Swagger, REST APIs, SQL, Kestrel, PowerShell Strong exposure in DevOps A good understanding of how to secure a solution e.g. TLS, IPSec, Certificates etc.

Experience with Cloud systems, preferentially AWS (Lambda, CloudFormation, Autoscaling, RDS. etc) Experience in financial services industries would be desirable Excellent communication skills both written and oral A passion for problem solving and challenges The ability to come up with multiple solutions to a single problem, and evaluate the pros and cons of each The desire to positively contribute to shaping organisation culture and be part of a diverse team.
