ICT Support Officer - Level 1/Level 2

About the Role Do you want to grow your skills in a collaborative team environment? Deliver a hybrid desk-based and hands-on support role? Learn from a dynamic team with broad experience across various different technologies in a complex, multi-site environment? As part of the ICT Service Desk team you will provide professional and customer-focused technical support to our staff to support Workskil Australia to deliver our services. It is a fast-paced environment; can you keep up? Ideally, we are seeking an individual who has a genuine passion for IT who has at least one year’s experience in Level 1 support in a medium to large organisation. If you don’t have this experience, tell us how willing you are to learn This role will provide Help Desk (Level 1 and Level 2) support via phone and email, and some face-to-face site-based assistance.

This role is being offered on part time, ongoing basis, working 24 hours per week. About You To be successful in the role you will be able to: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in the way you work; Demonstrate your ability to work well in a team-based environment; Demonstrate your ability to understand and explain technical issues to staff in a calm and clear manner; Demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues in line with levels of knowledge and as directed; Demonstrate working experience in basic server administration; Demonstrate working experience with Active Directory and Exchange; Demonstrate working experience with the Windows operating system; Demonstrate working experience in software and hardware installation; Demonstrate the ability and appetite to learn new techniques, technologies and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning work or technical problem resolution; and Demonstrate high attention to detail. You will also be required to: Hold a current driver’s licence; Hold Technical qualifications (e.

g.
