Senior Communications Adviser (Change)Hudson
The Role: Seeking a Senior Communications Adviser (Change) to coordinate change communications for a Relocation Program within a large government agency. The Relocation Program comprises 16 streams of work, involving relocations of staff from numerous entities within the organisation. The Relocation Program was brought on as a result of loss of significant building resources in the CBD and consequential flow-on impacts.
The Change Communications Adviser will be required to facilitate change communications with all impacted jurisdictions to ensure consistency of messaging across all streams, and lead communications for the relocations of corporate staff. Previous experience working in the Public Sector is preferred and will be considered first. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity, apply now Responsibilities: Develop a change communication strategy for the Relocation Program Develop and implement audience-driven communication plans for the overall Relocation Program, in alignment with the Change Plan and Change Communication Strategy Establish a stakeholder engagement model to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within the jurisdictions Partner with the project leads and impacted jurisdictions to develop key messages, presentations and communications highlighting and clearly articulating the change program and benefits Identify the best communication channels and formats to distribute the key messages for maximum engagement Your Skills: Demonstrated experience working on complex change communication strategies, that include multiple audiences and stakeholder groups Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with ability to translate complex information into easily understood language Strong diplomacy and resilience, ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels and resolve issues quickly Excellent time management, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent communication streams Ability to balance multiple competing priorities, work independently or collaboratively in a team and a high level of learning agility Experience and knowledge of change management with a flexible and proactive attitude.
Experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Management or Government are essential Why apply with Hudson?
