Specifically, you will be responsible for: Tracking and managing business performance through operational and financial metrics Leading, motivating and supporting a workforce of administration staff, teachers, university and high school students Developing and maintaining a staffing roster Creating and shaping productivity targets Overseeing stock management and ordering Driving operational excellence through design of processes addressing quality and productivity Experience To be considered for interview you must have experience leading a team and have had an operation wide focus.
You will be degree qualified in operations management or business administration and have been exposed to both people and commercial responsibilities. You will have the ability to relate to students and be confident in fostering an encouraging, motivating and supportive learning environment. Being a self-starter and having confidence working autonomously in an ambiguous environment will be looked upon favourably.
