As a career Legal Assistant, your typical duties will include - Diary management, including scheduling of appointments, meetings and conferences Telephone - filter incoming calls and deal with inquiries and requests Digital dictation Draft and finalise correspondence and legal documentation Billing - throughout the month, checking time sheet entries and monthly expenses File management - ensure filing is kept up to date Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in insurance litigation.
