A standout opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary/PA to support in Wills & Estates This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Secretary/Personal Assistant to support a Lawyer in Wills & Estates. This firm are located in the Northern suburbs. Your role will be to support the Lawyer with all diary management and meeting arrangements.
You will also assist with drafting correspondence and legal documentation. Typical responsibilities will include: Diary management - including scheduling of appointments, meetings and conferences Draft and finalise correspondence and legal documentation Prepare briefs to counsel and court documents Billing - monthly billing, checking time sheet entries and monthly expenses File management - ensure filing is kept up to date General administration duties, including, photocopying, mail, faxing, scanning and binding You will be joining a close knit team that promotes a work life balance and a happy work environment. You will have strong organisational skills, be efficient and have the ability to juggle a busy workload and varying deadlines.
