Contract Administrator - Facade ContractorBayside Personnel
Our client is a niche manufacturer of façade and curtain wall solutions for the commercial and residential and institutional building sector for over 20 years. They are now seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team and work on various projects with packages ranging up to 5M. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience executing contracts working on commercial and institutional building projects and partnering with head contractors.
As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for: Work closely and collaboratively with contractors, head contractors, project managers and stakeholders Preparation of trade packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiation and finalisation of contracts Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants To be considered for the position of Contracts Administrator ideally you will have: Ideally 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator working with for head contractor, contractor or subcontractor across commercial and residential facade and roofing in Australia Knowledge of Victorian construction market and subcontractors Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills You will have the opportunity to join a small but very inclusive and tight knit contracts team and have exposure to major building projects in Victoria and NSW along with a career path to a senior role.
