We have huge growth plans for 2021 including launching into new countries within APAC. With that, we need to bring on dedicated talent acquisition to make it happen You will work closely with the Director, People Ops on talent strategy, growth plans, interview best practices and effective recruiting processes.
You will also partner with the business to champion, change and drive the hiring process to bring on top talent to the UpGuard team What will you accomplish? ◦ Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from discovery through to close ◦ Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting diverse talent ◦ Conduct research to map target companies and top talent, and build out talent networks to develop an ongoing talent pipeline for high priority needs ◦ Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including compensation and employment brand trends ◦ Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and ideal profiles to excel their team and UpGuard ◦ Report on KPIs, goals and other recruitment metrics.
