Change the way you tradie How you will add value: You will manage our technical recruitment and, with the support of an engaged team, your core deliverables will be to: Develop strong relationships with our Engineering and Product teams (or other internal client groups as may be assigned) including attending stand-ups and other team meetings, so you have a clear and intimate understanding of the work focus, strategies & projects new team members would work on and the culture, strengths and personalities of the team.
Attend P&C stand-ups and report on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis on recruitment metrics and trends, aligning strategies and tactics accordingly. Work together with the Head of P&C Operations on strategic recruitment initiatives such as employer branding activities ranging from sponsoring events, hosting meetups, graduate recruitment and development programs, creating creative job ads and campaigns, etc. Be a key Employer Ambassador for hipages, representing hipages at external events and seminars.
Source local and global candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job ads, headhunting, creative boolean search strings on Google & LI, niche job forums, employee referrals, meetups and events, etc. Champion our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, becoming a subject matter expert and ensuring hipages is a thought leader in this area. Define D&I measurements of success and establish metrics and dashboards that track diversity and inclusion and report regularly on the ROI of implemented changes/programs.
Represent the company on diversity-related topics at meetups and conferences as well as initiate these events..
