Reception & Employee Experience Coordinator

Do you enjoy a fast-paced work environment? Morse Micro has an exciting opportunity for a people person to join our fast growing VC-backed startup. We are looking for a self-starter receptionist and generalist admin person with a strong attention to detail who can help support the office and the team. We’re looking for candidates that are happy to work afternoons, working hours would be Monday - Friday from 12:30pm - 6:30pm.

You’d be reporting to the Head of People and Talent and will work closely with our Office Admin & EA. Your main responsibilities would be: Reception duties - greet our team, couriers or visitors to Morse Micro. Organising general office upkeep including weekly food & beverage orders, opening and closing office duties, stationary orders, etc.

Arranging shipments (both nationally and internationally). Assisting staff with office needs (printing, scanning, expense reports, etc). Looking after our office (spread over two levels) including - setting up meeting rooms, load/unloading the dishwashers, etc.
