Overview This key position forms part of the high-performing NSW sales team. Your role will be to continue to grow and develop the already successful direct sales team made up of internal and external sales representatives. The role itself is extremely unique in the sense that you will not only inherit the Sales Management function but you will actively be dealing with the business's most lucrative accounts and driving sales at what you would consider at an ‘Enterprise’ level.

This role will be ideal for someone who: Has existing relationships within the construction industry or industrial markets. Has an ability to manage a Sales team Someone who can coach and mentor new staff Someone who is collaborative and likes a more flatline environment – No corporate BS.
