Senior Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales

Amazing opportunity to join this high-profile B2B SaaS firm as they continue to grow globally in this Melbourne based role. The Nudge Group are thrilled to be working with this stand out, high-profile B2B SaaS firm, as they continue to grow globally and locally. Currently we are searching for a Senior Enterprise BDM, to develop and grow revenue across the APAC region.

The position will be based in the Melbourne office. We are in pursuit for a solid networker, first class relationship builder, smart, ambitious, and high-performing Business Development Manager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the customers. Your will be prospecting to the Hospitality sector, large retail groups, franchises and independents.

So, what’s the role? Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing and PR activities of the company; You will establish, handle, and manage relationships between the business and senior executives of the client and prospect companies; Make sales presentations to customer and prospects at all levels and in a variety of departments (such as Marketing, IT and Finance). Address product uses, benefits, competitive advantages and business terms; facilitate technical follow-up to close sale; Target account selling (prospecting/lead generation, qualification and scoping, closing strategies, negotiations, etc.); Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout the organizational levels; Coordinate and actively participate in contract negotiations; Partner with Marketing on leads from trade shows and campaigns; and converting to paying customers Maximize revenue by developing and implementing defined new plans and strategies Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in figuring out win-based proposals and pricing as well as stay ahead of the competitors and their products.

Participate in sales planning status meetings. Who you are? This is not your first rodeo - you have a track record of success meeting or exceeding sales targets in Enterprise Sales; solution selling to the C-Suite. You're a skilled hunter networker, relationship builder, communicator, and presenter - delivering tailored demonstrations to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities.

With planning, focus, execution and grit, you work with a sense of urgency, persistence, and resilience in the face of knockbacks. You are flexible in your approach and exhibit a curious self-learner, growth mindset. You're comfortable with ambiguity and strive to improve your performance by trying new approaches.
