Quality & Compliance Officer

With a growing portfolio of more than 85 properties, encompassing over 35,000 beds, it's a very exciting time to join the UniLodge team About your new role The Quality & Compliance Officer is responsible for the daily safe, effective and efficient administration within UniLodge, and for ensuring that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained. The Compliance Officer assists to ensure that all staff are working in a safe manner.

Day to day responsibilities Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring the compliance of business management systems and ISO compliance Management. Maintain the legal register, compliance with relevant legislations and creation/update of SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures). Ensure WHS compliance and maintaining of multiple company registers.

Provide compliance administrative support for the pre-opening phase of all new projects, including project file set up, administration of project management plans, engagement of internal and external resources on behalf of the organisation. Ensure adherence to important dates, contractual requirements and KPIs by relevant personnel. Monthly reporting of Contract compliance to the COO and Executive Committee.

What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Project Management is advantageous. Experienced in reading and interpreting financial reports and creating budgets. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Demonstrated experience advising on a broad range of operational issues. Well-developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Property management experience is desirable.
