Reports to Associate Director 3. Key duties and responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Position include: A. New Business Development develop and execute a business development plan to achieve funds under management (FUM) targets; prospect for potential new clients within the B2B sector, including financial planners, accountants, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers and build strategic alliances.
develop and further strengthen relationships with key high net worth/ prominent individuals within government, associations, charities, special interest groups. develop business as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and identify key decisionmakers within the client organisation. meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging professional networks; participate and assist with cross marketing campaigns; build relationships with new clients; plan approaches and pitches Work with key advisors and the Associate Director to refine proposals and positioning to best suit target client.
B. Client Retention Oversee Account Management process to ensure smooth account set up and maintain up to date records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track client satisfaction levels; C. Business Development Planning Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and trends; Present to and consult with senior management on trends with a view to enhancing service offering sand sales channels; Using knowledge of the market and competitors, work with Marketing and the CEO to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators; Identify opportunities that will lead to increase (FUM).
C. Management and Research submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate; ensure data is accurately entered and managed with the CRM system; forecast FUM and resulting trading revenue on a weekly and monthly basis; oversee Account Management process and CRM program to identify issues to ensure smooth account set up and client satisfaction levels are met; 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The key performance indicators of the Position are: Market position: form alliances within the B2B sector, increase in key influential individual high net worth client accounts.
Trading Accounts: a minimum of 20 new trading accounts needs to be closed and funded per month. Financial Growth: achieve target of $5 million FUM per month. Client Satisfaction: achieve client retention rates and referrals.
