Situated within a multidisciplinary advisory firm, the legal team works in collaboration worth other commercial professionals to provide holistic advice to their SME clients.
What’s on Offer Our client are seeking a Experience Conveyancing paralegal to join their team. The successful paralegal will report to the principal property lawyer. Benefits include growth and promotion opportunities and learning and development programs.
The role will see you: - Managing a range of Residential, commercial, international and off the plan files from start to finish. - Draft and manage all documents associated with the sale/purchase/settlement of property. - Opening and closing files and Preparing property contracts or leases, section 32s - Creating and maintaining property conveyancing sale and purchase files - Provide expert advice to clients - Answering phone calls and Preparing client accounts - Ad hoc administrative duties - About You The successful applicant will have: - Over 7 years conveyancing experience across Industrial, retail or residential areas - Knowledge of leasing and property transfers - Exposure to a range of conveyancing including buying, selling, off the plan developments.
