We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer for one of our valued clients based in the CBD.
Reporting into the Team Leader within the People and Performance team you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely recruitment support to business leaders of all levels. This role is dedicated to the recruitment of roles where there has been an agreed vacancy approved. Working within a small team to support the HR Business Partners and hiring managers this Recruitment Advisor position is a highly administrative role and will see you involved in a variety of support tasks.
The internal framework is complex, and you will be ensuring compliance at all times across the business, this includes Enterprise Agreements and Awards. With new training programmes in place you will be assisting with training the hiring managers on the softer skills required during the interview process including appropriate interview questions, feedback post interview together with system training. Accountabilities: Support leaders to determine their recruitment process, in line with the standardised recruitment process, and determine what support and in what way, HR support will be provided at specific steps.
Working within the sourcing brief provided by the hiring manager and HR Business Partners, run the recruitment process for roles, ensuring proactive and early identification and resolution of issues which might impact the ability of the client to hire the best candidate for the role. Complete all recruitment and on-boarding HR activities, including pre-employment coordination and completion, documentation preparation and management of the Recruitment Management System. Ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of open recruitment activities, to ensure that any blocks to successful filling of roles is able to be addressed before they have an impact; Identifying ongoing process efficiencies in the recruitment process that save time or money, whilst not compromising effectiveness of recruitment outcomes; Provide regular reporting to business and HR leaders, in line with standardised recruitment requirements.
