The business is to be sourced internally via the Owner Managed branch, as well as externally through existing and prospective customers and referral networks.
Key Responsibilities will include: Attract, retain and increase the value of the branch customer base through branch sales, lending, new funds, asset and liabilities growth Identify quality new business opportunities through planned marketing initiatives Develop and implement a calling program to target customers and generate business development activities Build an acceptable level of external referral sources Proactively develop and maintain face-to-face relationships with internal and external customers Provide an excellent standard of during and after sales service to achieve a high level of customer retention and to maintain strong credit quality About You: As an experienced Lending Manager you will be a passionate, high performing Lender who consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience. Naturally, you will thrive in a sales environment, increasing BOQ’s market share, by demonstrating: Previous retail lending experience Extensive experience in sales and cross selling Proven business development experience within Banking and Financial Services industry Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Understanding of the Code of Banking Practice and other Financial Sector compliance requirements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills How to apply?
