About the role Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Superintendent to drive and support the MRL Group centralised training department to deliver a highly effective system and service that provides the necessary governance, risk mitigation and overall performance that is required for the organization.
You will Provide support to the Training Manager in regards to all group training and assessment needs Lead, promote and support the MRL Training System that provides the direction, system and processes for employee training. Ensure accurate data is available to MRL stakeholders with regard to the Training system, compliance levels and workforce capability.
