Marketing Coordinator ANZ Who We are Looking For: Marketing Coordinator role working across multiple brands in the Australia / New Zealand region. Opportunity to get involved in all aspects of marketing communications including developing brand campaigns, social and digital media and managing events. What You Will Do: • Developing brand, product marketing and communication strategies • Development and implementation of brand campaigns across multiple media platforms • Support AGCO’s social and digital media strategy and initiatives • Play a lead role in driving the Company’s new Marketing Automation strategy • Developing and maintaining web site content using content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress • Create and manage marketing materials including print and digital collateral, coordinating requirements with ad agencies and printers • Managing the Company’s asset management platform • Writing media releases • Assisting with the coordination of product launches • Providing general support for the marketing department and dealer network across Australia and New Zealand What You Will Bring: • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media • Minimum three years’ work experience in a similar field • Experience in using Content Management Systems and managing web sites • Previous exposure or an understanding of social media and the various platforms • Ability to write copy • Proficient in photo editing software • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • A high level of attention to detail • Problem Solving Skills - Routine/Customary - Requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. Requires the ability to assess the validity and applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances that are not covered by procedures. • Strategic Impact or Contribution Level - Input - Contributes to establishing the srategy and driving the strategy.
• Process Management Scope of Impact - Area/Department - the process is established and followed as a standard at the area/department level. A Plus If You Have: • Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Communications or Digital Media Travel: 25% of travel required. Who You Are: • Experience in developing marketing campaigns • Experience in using Content Management Systems and managing web sites.
