Digital Experience Manager Trading Under Publicis Media Australia Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 package Location: Sydney Role Purpose The purpose of the Digital Experience Manager is to help improve and grow our current search offering. This role is hands on, carrying out a wide range of SEO, Content and CRO tactics, from technical optimisation, content development and user experience to analysis, monitoring, tracking and reporting on search metrics to determine market trends and customer search behaviour, both pre and post click. Accountabilities: Research and develop high quality, effective outreach campaigns which will require a creative approach Provide consultancy to clients on all aspects of DEX: Technical SEO, Content and Linkbuilding, CRO, Analytics & Implementation Produce and implement content strategies Reporting on all campaigns, prepare reports showing progress and identify weakness or lost opportunities with insightful recommendations Optimising campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness Supporting the agency's planning and strategy team Minimum Skills/Knowledge Required: Relevant tertiary qualification plus at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications 3 year’s previous SEO experience, Ad agency or online marketing background a plus Demonstrable Website Build & Web Administration experience – HTML, XML, JavaScript, RSS, W3C, DDA, server maintenance, knowledge of analytics packages and internet protocols General grasp of Content management Systems (CMS) and dynamic URLs Understanding of Google Analytics and Tag Manager Demonstrable experience in CRO platforms including Optimizely, AB Tasty and Target.
