Extract workshop related bulletins & alerts for review to be included with the service instructions. Consolidate loadout documentations and upload into Acorde & Drop Box. Manage the workshop leave calendar, on-call and after hours phone divertion Manage workshop equipment calibration requirement.
Collate and upload completed & signed competencies and alerts into the server. Keep the rig trackers current on inspection requirement. Update the workshop notice board monthly.
Manage workshop timesheets High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to work in a highly safety sensitive environment and complying with both Company and Client safety standards Possess strong customer service skills, i.
e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help. Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Must include knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, MS SharePoint programmes as a minimum. Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised..
