Management Consultant

About the role An exciting opportunity presents for an experienced, full-time Business Development and Company Consultant, to shape a newly created role and make it your own. Raine and Horne Concord are looking for someone who is a genuine team player to join our collaborative team, has a drive to succeed and will take ownership of the role and help develop and take on opportunities to see the organisation grow. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the growth and management of the current systems in place within the company and introducing new processes with consideration of aggressive growth expectations within the following months and years.

With involvement in the Concord Junior Soccer Club, Meals on Wheels, Concord Chamber of Commerce and the Salvation Army’s Red Shield Appeal, the staff at Raine & Horne Concord assist in providing local residents great services with a smile You Will Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Discussing and implementing business and organisational systems Observing and working in with current staff to better the organisation from front desk to management Assisting with communication and review efficiencies from client enquiry to Property Managers Implementing and recommending improved company procedures including workflow charts, records, reporting and job descriptions to promote increased efficiencies in the workplace Encourage and demonstrate strategies and plans with the goal of achieving improved customer service and continued referral systems and ultimately profits through company strategy meetings and training staff on new methods Liaising with current staff to implement improved working conditions and workplace environment Review operating procedures for incoming and outgoing staff in the office In Return you will receive The ability to make the area of responsibility your own and witness the growth of the company; A career not just a job; and Excellent and energetic team culture; Required skills and experience Advanced tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a commercial environment Strong copywriting and editing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Competency with Microsoft Office programs Adobe Indesign skills is a bonus, but not essential.
