Open to experienced Rehab or Allied Health Professionals and/or Graduates in this field. As a Rehabilitation Consultant or Occupational Therapist you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As a valued part of the team your key responsibilities will include working with people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enable a safe return to work with either their same employer or a new employer as part of their rehabilitation Managing a caseload of workplace rehabilitation files and coordinating services to ensure that they achieve their return to work goals. Completing high quality assessments and services such as Initial Assessments, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments etc. Completing NDIS assessments and services if desired and in areas matching allied health discipline.
Developing exceptionally well written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventions. Providing services across different environments including work places, homes, community programs and/or the clients offices.
