The Role: An exciting opportunity to put your solid time management, organisation and relationship building skills to the test. Your duties will involve: High-level executive, administrative and clerical support to the CEO, CFO and Executive Leadership Team First point of contact for the Executive Leadership team Complex diary management International and domestic travel coordination Document drafting, editing and formatting using Word and PowerPoint Coordinating Executive team meetings and events, including preparing agendas and materials, taking minutes, following up on action items Financial management support including reconciling expenses, and coding and approving invoices Organising and providing administrative support to Board meetings Effective office management; supervising the front office coordinator, liaising with building management and contractors in relation to office maintenance issues.

Screening telephone calls and responding in a timely and professional manner There will also be ad-hoc projects to add variety and allow you to further utilise your creativity, initiative and project management skills across the wider business. About you: Pro-active, diligent and discrete, you thrive in a hands-on role where you play an integral part in the smooth running of the business. You are a team player with the ability to multitask ensuring the leadership team maximise their time and efficiency on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience (minimum of 5 years) supporting Senior C-Suite Executives. The role also demands: Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask A proactive approach to getting things done Flexibility and diligence Excellent verbal and written communication skills; responding to emails and other written correspondence with professionalism and accuracy Proven experience cultivating positive, collaborative relationships with Executive Management Leadership teams, Board members, staff and clients Professionalism, understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality What’s in it for you?
