The organisation is currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the business in there Perth office. The company has a genuine focus on quality of service for their clients and their staff, they continue to grow as a nationally operating business. This role reports directly into the WA State Manager and you will be responsible for a set portfolio of clients along with managing up to 3 Area Managers.
Candidates that have strong key account / client management experience along with previous people management experience are encouraged to apply immediately. Key Responsibilities: Business Results - Develop profit plans for all sites and project manage implementation of the plan with Area Managers Review fortnightly reports and drive / sign off on business performance for allocated portfolio Oversee monthly price increases for allocated portfolio Manage relationships with all customers in allocated portfolio Identify and feedback sales opportunities to the business development team Work with Area Managers to prepare and submit quotes and adjust time in buildings to maximise margins Building specific decision making / problem solving / fire fighting for allocated portfolio HR - Plan for organisational requirements in advance Area Managers: directly hire, train, task, performance manage Area Managers Ensure operations management team are all playing their position Ensure succession plan in place for all key positions Operations Processes & Systems - Ensure agreed operations framework is implemented across the allocated portfolio (Cleaning Management, Staff Management, Client Management, Business Management) Plan for how the Operations Framework is embedded and extended into the business Input into development for all components of the Operations Framework (as progressed) Oversee implementation of the Operations Framework into the state team (as progressed) Business Development - Identify/nurture relationships in/around the portfolio managed to generate new business Feedback sales opportunities to business development team Work with business development team to develop winning tender strategies Key Attributes: Ideally someone with a University degree qualification (This is not essential) Strong analytical skills Strong problem solving skills Confident verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work for an established national organisation in a senior role within the business.
