About the role We’re seeking a Client Services Director (CSD) with experience across PR, content marketing and creative to join our team and play a leading role in our growing portfolio of integrated clients including lifestyle, property, technology, health and finance brands.
This role reports directly into the agency’s leaders and provides significant growth and mentoring opportunities. Ideal for a marcomms all-rounder, the CSD will be the central point of contact for clients and internally, managing workflow across specialist teams in Strategy Creative, Digital Content and PR to deliver integrated strategies and programs and provide a seamless and exceptional client experience. As the central point of contact you will be a skilled project manager and aware of all campaign/program elements, their status and what needs to be done to move a project forward.
You will manage the workflow and project manage the specialist teams, ensuring that activity is delivered in line with the brief, KPIs, is on time and on budget. You will be experienced enough in each field to provide high-level, well considered counsel to your clients, helping to define and deliver to their brief (in conjunction with specialist teams). As the key relationship manager, you will be responsible for growing the client portfolio organically and identifying opportunities and new ideas for your clients.
The CSD will also oversee and manage project finances, budgets and timelines, as well as integrated campaign reporting. The key skills we’re looking for: An understanding of the full marcomms landscape Hands-on experience in PR, content marketing and advertising A successful track record for managing complex integrated projects and working with multiple departments and specialists Excellent client facing skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Strong organisational and project management skills High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and delegate effectively Experience with technology, property, health and finance brands preferred Excellent computer and presentation skills The person we’re looking for We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the industry, ideally working in a marcomms agency environment.
