e. education and skin cancer clinics, and the enhancing of its business focusing on aesthetic wellbeing. The Head of People & Culture will translate HealthCert’s strategic business objectives and cultural imperatives into specific people and culture programs that will enable HealthCert to achieve its targets.
They will be expected to clearly design, advocate, sponsor and implement programs that align with and fulfill HealthCert’s opportunities. They will work closely with Senior Leadership Team to ensure that all people management programs and processes are delivered in a manner that is fit-for -purpose. As this is a new role in the company the Head of People & Culture will help shape and determine what this role looks like.
With the input of the leadership team, they will also decide how to grow and develop the human resources team to ensure services are provided in a responsive and customer focused manner. The Role Partner with HealthCert leadership team to establish and lead the people agenda and participate in the company’s strategic business planning process Develop and lead the execution of HealthCert’s people and culture strategy in support of business objectives and measures Determine current and future staffing needs and devise timely, cost effective recruiting and on-boarding solutions Establish and maintain employer of choice’s reputation to attract and retain the best talent Cultivate favourable employee relations by implementing appropriate systems, processes and practices to attain high levels of employee retention, engagement and team-oriented work relationships Provide leadership, counsel and best practice information to staff in areas of staffing, employee relations, performance management, talent development and regulatory compliance to ensure optimum value from the business’ human capital Engage managers in owning a robust annual resource and succession plan Inspiring and guiding the development of change management strategies Skills & Experience 10 plus years demonstrated experience as a generalist in human resources, ideally with a business-related tertiary qualification. Experience in leading an organisation through growth periods and managing high levels of change Enabling skills, ie expertise in working in an environment of influence, coaching and stakeholder engagement.
