Design pioneering ecommerce technologies that will fundamentally change the domain You’ll have the opportunity to help lead the Product Design speciality to the next level, guiding and growing our fast growing talented team of designers and elevating the voice of design within the company. Collaborate with our Engineering and Product Leaders to set the roadmap and priorities for the future of our company, working together to define the product strategy through design thinking and user insights. Work with large clients solving complex problems and guide the processes for how the Design team works, ensuring that everyone has the support they need to do the best work of their lives.

Requirements 4 years of experience in UX Design Direct experience with collaborating and communicating with senior stakeholders A track-record of tackling complex problems and delivering simple, elegant solutions. You hold a high-bar for designing clean, elegant, and usable designs. Excellent project and time management skills, working effectively in a fast-paced environment Direct experience with collaborating and communicating with senior stakeholders Strong design coaching experience You know how to make an impact through empowering, growing and motivating other designers Benefits Work with the greatest talent in town.
