Customer Data Analyst


We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a customer focused and analytically-minded Data Analyst to join our CRM Team as we build out personalisation, digital engagement and behavioural marketing at scale to support the delivery of our long-term digital roadmap The Role You Could Play: As the Customer Data Analyst, you will need to understand the power of data to generate quality customer insights, manage information, identify trends and make decisions. You will be working on a variety of analytical challenges in support of complete omnichannel customer experience initiatives, leveraging data from internal and external sources to build and measure segmentations, find groups of customers to grow, reactivate or acquire for the business and close the loop through quantitative analysis of customer journeys and test & learn initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and maintain reporting and analytical solutions Identify risks and opportunities to drive profitability, growth and customer engagements Explore, research and suggest improvements to existing reporting and BI solutions Develop and improve predictive models for personalisation Ensure data security and privacy regulations are adhered to What You Will Bring: We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and well-versed in using it to transform customer interactions in marketing, sales and digital experience and familiar with marketing technology transformation, automation and process change within an organization.

You will need to have: Experience with accurately interpreting briefs, performing the required analysis and presenting back to the business with insights, implications and recommendations Experience in managing marketing technology platforms to deliver personalization specifically Customer Data Platform management Experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets Exposure to web analytics, CRM platforms and other marketing systems would be beneficial Your outstanding attention to detail and data-driven, analytical mindset will be key to success in this role. This highly collaborative role will require excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
