A busy government agency require an experienced ICT Category Manager to join their team Your new company We are currently working with a government agency, who requires a ICT Category Manager on a temporary contract for 3 months (with potential for extension). Your new role Your new role will see you responsible for undertaking sourcing and contract management activities related to the IT category to ensure value for money is realised, contracts deliver the required outcomes, and risks are appropriately managed through the procurement process. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, the successful candidate will have: 3 to 5 years’ previous experience in an ICT Category Manager role A strong understanding of procurement, supplier management and relationship management.
Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities Strong written & verbal communication with internal & external stakeholders What you'll get in return This is an exciting opening within the public sector which will see you working alongside a collaborative team of like-mined professionals.
