Temporary contract within the public sector for an individual with expertise in strategic asset management Your new company We are currently working with a government agency, based in the CBD. Due to the commencement of a large program of work, they now require an experienced Senior Asset Planner to join the team on a 7-month temporary contract. Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for managing business improvement initiatives relating to strategic asset management.
You will review processes, systems and service delivery enhancements and develop change management plans. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, the successful candidate will have: Demonstrated experience across strategic asset management & facilities management Strong written & verbal communication across a diverse group of internal & external stakeholders Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Experience within the public sector is preferable but not necessary What you'll get in return This is an exciting opening within the public sector, which will see you working alongside a team of like-minded professionals. You will be kept busy, working on interesting projects & liaising with a broad range of internal & external stakeholders.
You will be paid an hourly rate for all hours worked and your input into the department will be valued.
