Provide high quality clinical services to complex and potentially high-risk clients. Your new company This government organisation supports defence force personnel and their families through the provision of mental health assessments, counselling and ongoing support. Your new role Your new role is to provide high quality clinical services to complex and potentially high-risk clients including; Initial intake and assessment.
Referral to appropriate support services. Counselling for both individuals and families. Ongoing case management in order to achieve the outcomes identified in the care planning processes.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will be an AHPRA registered Psychologist or AASW registered Mental Health Accredited Social Worker. Additionally, you will possess the following skills and experience: Demonstrated expertise in treating substance abuse and mental health presentations including mood and anxiety disorders. The ability to coordinate and assist in the management or a caseload of complex clients.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. The capacity to liaise with and develop productive relationships with other organisations.
