Studio Traffic Coordinator Pedestrian Group/Casual / Contract / Temp / Vacation Sydney Posted 10 Mar 2021 Closes 9 Apr 2021 As Studio Traffic Coordinator, you will be part of the Studio Department and will be responsible for supporting the wider Studio/Video team across all Pedestrian Group products and titles. The role spans across all our commercial properties including Pedestrian.TV, Business Insider, Openair Cinema, Gizmodo, Lifehacker and Kotaku.
The role calls for a multidisciplinary approach, someone who can collaborate effectively with internal departments, a high attention to detail, is keen to grow and develop into a client solution focused role. Were looking for a self-starter whos not afraid to add to our creative culture, get their hands dirty, work autonomously and LEARN HEAPS The role reports to the Head of Video with the onus of keeping tabs on ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and to agreed timings and budget. A 12 week training and development plan will be put into place to ensure role requirements are fulfilled.
RESPONSIBILITIES: SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE Liaise with producers on all campaign timelines factoring availability of internal studio resources including Editors/Shooters, Graphic Designers, Studio Access and gear; as well as flagging any necessary Studio resourcing. Reactively adjust the schedule on a daily basis Liaise directly with editors/designers to ensure they have access to resources they require to complete projects Create Studio Docs and maintain them / update as required Studio Server Management: Ensure that all edit suites have access to the server either via physical hardware connection or via remote access. Create and maintain server best practices doc for ingesting footage Hardrive Log Upkeep: Liaise with editors to ensure all footage is logged and its location is noted Studio Process & Systems: Work directly with the Head of Video to create and implement new systems and processes and their supporting documentation.
