Digital Ecommerce Coordinator
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, with the key focus on driving the online business and supporting National Marketing Functions, in addition to executing digital marketing activities. Client Details Our Client is an Australian leader in floor covering across both retail and wholesale. They are one of Australia's top 500 privately owned companies.
As a result of growth and internal promotions, they are recruiting a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Digital and Marketing team. Description Ecommerce Responsible for online trade - analyze sales, merchandise, user experience layout and data, and traffic to enable optimization and growth of sales and customer experience Ensuring the website is SEO optimized Manage, review and update merchandise data to ensure product categorization, images, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate Monitor stock levels and optimize site merchandising in accordance to sales Copywriting for website content and ensuring is accurate and SEO optimized Ensure website roll out for all marketing campaigns, brand promotions, ecommerce category growth plan and site projects - liaising closely with internal teams. Liaise closely with the Digital marketing Manager to Identify consumer behavior and design a journey roadmap to better personalize content, merchandise and target communication - to drive ATV, visits and conversion.
Perform website testing - UAT, site speed testing, prior to go live Report performance of the online business and publish results on the Weekly Bulletin on Intranet. Digital Marketing Build, execute and report performance of eDM campaigns Proactively seek opportunities to continually improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency of the online business. Escalate operational or technical issues where customer experience is affected.
Ability to project manage, prioritize and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (agencies) to ensure sales growth and excellent customer experience. Profile Tertiary qualification in relevant fields i.e.
Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology Relevant ecommerce or digital marketing experience with a strong focus on SEO (Google Analytics) and eDM. Experience in Retail / FMCG (franchise experience is advantageous) Experience using an ecommerce platform / CMS - Magento, shopify or Similar Basic understanding of ecommerce protocols (SEO, HTML, CRM, CSS) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritse and adapt to change of priority, with a sense of urgency Must have strong attention to detail, analytical, process driven and results driven Job Offer Remuneration is dependent on experience super, circa $65,000 - $72,000 package Part of an innovative fast paced and collaborative environment Structure that allows you to be involved in all parts of the organisation and working closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders, that will further develop....
