3 x Customer Service / Admin roles available 11th March, 2021 Our client is looking for 3 Customer Service / Administration superstars Customer Service experience to start ASAP. Offices are based in Sydney CBD close to public transport links. Duties include: Providing outstanding customer service to a wide and varied client base Maintaining and updating client records in database Contacting existing clients to assess customer satisfaction Responding to queries via phone, email and face to face Building and maintaining strong rapport with clients Requirements: Experience in insurance or in the agricultural sector would be beneficial Strong communication skills, both written and verbal At least 2 years of experience in highly customer focused roles A passion for providing the highest standard of customer service Strong relationship building skills Intermediate to strong I.
