Finance Adminstrator Melbourne, Victoria, Australia New Administrative Services 69508 Requisition 2 days ago Post Date Apply for Job Share this Job Sign Up for Job Alerts Looking for an experienced finance administrator to provide accounts support to the Gallagher broking and finance teams About the role We currently have an opportunity within our Finance Team for a Finance Administrator reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. This is a national position supporting multiple branches across the Gallagher broking business and responsible for all financial activities, which occur within our E-Global system Key responsibilities include: Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and foreign currency Allocation of credit and debit invoices Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds Weekly processing of underwriter payments. Monthly processing of Subagent payments.
Training established Team on use of E-Global About You Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounts administration Multiple years of experience in the finance department of an insurance industry especially with receipting and payments experience High attention to detail and levels of accuracy Excellent time management Strong team player with willingness to support others Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
