Store Manager | Sunshine Coast About the Role Our client is a family owned and operated retail business on the Sunshine Coast. Consultive sales with a focus on design this management role will keep you on your toes. Working alongside the State Manager you will be across all facets of management including P&L control and reporting, admin and inventory management, HR and wages as well as delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
About You You will have a successful history in store management and sales with a passion for delivering on budgets and results. Driven to succeed you will focus on People Development, including recruitment, training and performance management. Culture and team is important to you and you will love working with your team to build a successful business.
As the Store Manager in this Sunshine Coast business you will love to be held accountable for all of your results: from gross profit through to business development as well as meeting team and customer-based expectations. Skills Required Ability to impact and maximise sales results Proven personal sales history and a keen understanding of all retail reports and KPI's Ability to develop rapport and strong relationships quickly Excellent operational and communication skills Strong procedural practices and focuses Volume stock and administration experience Team and culture development focused to drive standards throughout the store The Package Up to $75k base paid on relevant experience Flexible roster with good work life balance Work closely with the state manager and directors to secure your career and future Amazing role for a Senior Retail Manager looking to be rewarded and recognised for performance.
