Office Manager / Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable / Payroll About the client My client is a family owned and operated steel fabrication business that has been operating for 50 years in Rockhampton. A bit about the role We are currently seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join the friendly team. This is an exciting position for a self-motivated person that is looking to use their skills to make a difference in a small business with future growth potential.
Along with your responsibilities across Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and payroll you would also be responsible for working with the the team, light administration duties ect. The duties include and not limited to: Day to day management of the office / business Staff rosters & payroll Managing relevant compliances Identifying and implementing systems and policies for business efficiency Bank Reconciliation AR / AP Liaising with external accountants Skills and experience Bookkeeping / accounting experience - knowledge of Xero essential Autonomous and self-motivated Diligent and accurate Accountable for their work Understand and respect Confidentiality Honest and friendly personality Problem solver and ideas person Excellent communication skills Current drivers license Rockhampton QLD - Kawana area (so must live close or happy to drive daily) Are you interested in roles like this?
