THE COMPANY This company is a mid-sized US-listed Professional Services Consulting firm who employ 5000 staff in over 80 office locations around the globe. Their Cyber Security Practice are trusted advisors to CIO's, IT Leaders and C-Suite Executives across the following: · Security Strategy & Security Program Services · Data Security & Privacy Management · Identity & Access Management · Vulnerability & Penetration Testing · Incident Response & Forensics THE ROLE Cyber Security consulting role where you'll become a trusted advisor to Enterprise clients and help them with the development & execution of Cyber Security projects as well as working with them to identify areas of IT risk in their environments and opportunities for improvement It is a hands-on role to manage end-to-end client engagements including drafting proposals; running discovery sessions; risk assessments, reporting, budgeting, directing junior staff and project teams etc. You will provide expertise across several of the following domains: o Security Strategy Development & Implementation.
o Identity & Access Management. o Security Framework Design & Implementation. o Data Security & Privacy Management.
o Security Operations & Incident Response. o Cyber Risk & Mitigation. o Infrastructure Security.
A SUITABLE CANDIDATE? Suitable for a motivated and driven Cyber Security Consultant who is keen to grow their technology consulting career in a supportive and non-political environment with merit-based promotions. The following knowledge / skills / experience is required: Proven consulting experience across Cyber Security, Privacy, Data Protection and/or IT Risk. Background in security policy development, information security analysis risk assessment, and security solution implementation).
Experience assessing and implementing security & risk standards (e.g. ISO 27001/2, PCI-DSS, NIST, COBIT, Cloud Security etc).
Big 4 or similar IT Consulting background is preferred. Relevant tertiary education and certifications (e.g.
Bachelor Degree, CISA, CISSP etc) Soft skills are key: o Professional with clear communication skills. o Enthusiastic and motivated to learn. o A collaborative team player.
