Global Reward Manager ( 4 or 5 days) 3682284 Permanent Sydney Monday, 8th March 2021 THE ORGANISATION This well-established organisation is at the forefront of innovation and are growing. With circa 5000 employees globally, they have a well resourced HR & Reward teams. The Australian Reward team work on unique and exciting compensation projects.
THE ROLE This role sits within a small team of Reward professionals in Australia with support from the other global regions. It also manages multiple countries across Asia and Europe. Responsibilities include: Serve as a valued partner to the Reward and HR leadership team to ensure that all comp.
programs align with the strategic goals of the company and support driving a high-performance culture by attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent. Participate in the review, evaluate, redesign, and support the executive comp.programs (base, incentive, and equity).
Collaborating with Senior Leaders of the business and Exec. Team and with outside consultants to ensure they are performance driven, market competitive, appropriately leveraged, legally compliant, accurately administered and effectively communicated. Participate in the development and drive the execution of broad-based comp.
processes and initiatives such as incentive plans, competitive and ad hoc analyses, projects and reporting Support the implementation of consistent global comp. and HR policies/initiatives across the group (e.g.
Annual Review, promotions, job leveling, etc.). Develop quantitative models to assess competitive practice and the competitive position for specific programs.
Build and maintain relationships with client group & HR Business Partners and Managers to ensure effective communication of reward strategies. Develop and deliver training on the Total Reward offering across the business Formulate recommendations regarding changes to the company salary structure. Partner with HR teams to support execution, sharing/transfer of knowledge, increase understanding of international issues and all aspects and considerations around remuneration programs and practices.
THE CRITERIA The client is seeking a Reward Manager ideally with ASX listed experience or working across multiple markets outside of Australia. The preferred candidate will come from a large matrix organisation and the role can accommodate 4 or 5 days a week. The role has a great package involving a STI.
