As part of the administration team, you will provide general office administration and clerical activities supporting the wider business and corporate team Client Details This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful world class mining business who are paving the way for the future. With multiple production mine sites in operation its an exciting time to join the team Description Your duties will include but are not limited to; Greet visitors and callers, screen and route and resolve information requests Manage phone calls and correspondence Maintain register of locker keys and car park remotes Support reconciliation of company credit cards and receipts management Raise expense claims, raise and receipt purchase orders & record invoices. Support travel bookings and coordination - bookings in accordance with Travel policy, reconcile statements, distribute itineraries, update travel calendar, reconcile statements Support document management (CDMS) - format documents, general support for document control Profile To be considered for this role you will ideally hold a Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration.
You will also need; 3-5 years of experience as Administration Assistant or similar Hands-on and good proficiency with MS Office Suite (i.e. principally Word, Excel, Outlook) and with ERP (e.
g.
