The Role: Do you have strong admin & analytical skills plus experience in retail? Betts Group continues to evolve as a leading high-street retailer and continues to embark on exciting and innovative opportunities. As a result we are looking for a Planning & Allocation Team Member to be based at the National Head Office in Malaga. Reporting to the Planning Manager, the successful applicant will work closely with the Product Allocators & Product Developers to plan future ranges considering past, present and future trends; support and maintain the integrity of the brand through all procedures and communications, ensuring that all activity adds value; provide support, direction and training to the allocation team.
Duties will include : Stock Management (through the WSSI and Weekly Reports): Set stock levels to ensure maximised sales and minimal markdowns and review these to balance stock. Prioritise containers/deliveries based on achieving forecast stock levels. Promotion Trackers: set up, maintain and forecast promotions and put forward recommendations based on current performance and future KPIs.
Action price ups and downs in line with promotions. Purchasing: Maintain up to date and accurate size ratios for new orders. Maintain Core Skus analysis.
Liaise with suppliers & logistics to maintain accurate delivery dates. Reports: Provide reviews to Management on performance and recommendations for future trading weeks. The successful applicant will have : Strong analytical skills.
High level of literacy in MS Office applications (with a focus in Excel). Retail experience preferably within fashion The ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. Strong admin & organisational skills.
Self-motivated; willing to display initiative. Fantastic team skills, perseverance & patience. Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
