As one of WA's leading disability support agencies, we are very keen to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health Team. Part-Time (hours flexible) - 12 month contract with possibility of permanency Identitywa has been providing services to people with disabilities for over 40 years.
Our staff work in partnership with individuals to achieve their goals whatever they might be, and offering support to families. We are looking for a Physiotherapist with experience in the disability field, and working with people of all ages and backgrounds. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with a team of support workers and families to assess individual’s mobility and movement, provide advice on mobility equipment, provide some rehabilitation services and support the implementation of strategies to enhance independence and a better quality of life.
Identitywa offers a flexible working environment and opportunities for professional development and training. You will need: A Bachelor (or Masters) in Physiotherapy Current membership with AHPRA Experience working effectively with individuals with a range of disabilities, their families, and workers who support them. The ability to work effectively within a team and manage a caseload Certificate of completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
