Let’s do the Work. Instore Sales Representative – Casula About the role We are currently looking for a passionate, driven and innovative individual to join our high performing team based in Casula. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Instore Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for establishing, qualifying, and maintaining telephone contact with customers within the general construction industry.

This role is responsible for the proactive management of the accounts to establish a market share for WesTrac within the assigned customer base. The position will be based at our Casula branch and will be Monday to Friday, 40 hour week. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Relationship Building - Identify and qualify new customer accounts by phone, update existing customer information Sales Development - Document equipment leads and activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Nurture cold leads in a sales pipeline with the intention of growing into sales opportunity Manage inbound calls and assign to appropriate sale rep Manage online marketing leads Reporting & Quotations Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service position Ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers Experience using Microsoft CRM or other Sales/Records Management Systems Ability to cold call customers and hunt leads Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) Computer literacy skills – MS Office Excellent organisational and time management skills Well-developed analytical and decision making abilities Ability to work well autonomously and within a team Continuous improvement Desirable: Earthmoving product knowledge Exposure to the Construction and/or Earthmoving industries Experience in an automotive dealership Benefits Competitive salary and benefits scheme Company funded income protection Flexible work arrangements Purchased leave Discounted private health plan Fitness passport On-boarding and welcome day at our head office in Newcastle Apply Now If you believe you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, please submit your cover letter and resume for consideration via the link.
